You are ordering a product that ships from Turkey & Pakistan which will mean:
UK and USA customers will not have to pay import fees.
If you are in the EU, or outside of the UK and USA, you will have to pay your country's import fees when you receive your jacket.
EU COUNTRIES: Since the January 1st, 2021 Brexit changes, EU CUSTOMERS WILL NO LONGER PAY VAT. This means you will pay less for the jacket than before but you will have import fees to pay when your jacket enters your country.
Ultimo Fashions UK has no control over these charges. They are part of your country's trade policies so please bear this in mind when ordering a jacket from overseas.
Due to COVID-19 and Brexit disruptions, jackets may take longer than normal to be delivered due to courier/border delays. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
Where is my jacket? Before you contact us relating to your jacket order, please allow around 14 working days as we will be busy making your jacket during this time. Your jacket may take longer as we do not rush the production but take our time to make you a high-quality product with the care and attention it deserves. You will receive a FedEx or DHL tracking number when your order has been shipped. Once you have received your tracking number, your jacket will usually be delivered the next business day.
Please bear in mind, that if you need to contact us with an issue for an existing order, please do so in a calm, respectful manner. We are here to help you and will do so until your issue is resolved. We deeply thank most of our customers for their patient understanding. We are a small design house which helps keep the Italian tailored jacket costs down but this also means we are busy. We are here to help you so please be nice and considerate. Thank you.

All Ultimo Fashions UK jackets are made at the time we have received your measurements and will take around 14 business days to arrive to you. During this time, our craftspeople in our workshop in Italy will be busy making you a beautiful leather jacket that will last you for many years. Your patience during this time is greatly appreciated. We do not rush the production of our crafting to ensure you receive a quality product so please trust that after you have confirmed your measurements, your jacket is being made so there will be no updates during this crafting period. Also, from time to time, there can be delays with the tannery or with shipments from Italy so please bear with us.
Please trust we are taking care of your order but if you wish to contact us during our business hours Monday - Friday regarding the status of your order, please allow 14 business days before contacting us. We do our best to make the jacket and ship it as quickly as possible but on rare occasions, there may be a customs delay for international orders.
